Exclusively for Ukrainian women!
Language of the day: Ukrainian

You are warmly invited to an inspirering event exclusively for Ukrainian women where art, connection and inner growth come together. We will gather at the gallery of Stichting Kunst en Cultuur Aalsmeer, currently hosting the exhibition State of Temporality curated by Mariana Dzhulai form Block-A-Gallery, featuring works by Ukrainian and Dutch female artists.

Inspiration through art
The morning begins with a guided tour of the exhibition State of Temporality by Mariana Dzhulai. In the exhibition she brings together Ukrainian and Dutch female artists whose works reflect on the impact of war, displacement and loss — and on the strength and resilience of women and children forced to leave their homes behind.

A moment for balance, clarity and inner strength
After the tour, Kateryna Pishchikova, founder of HARA, will guide you through a special Matcha Ceremony: a calming self-care ritual inspired by the idea of the Small Daily Pause — a moment for balance, clarity and inner strength.

Dance & Movement to reconnect with your body, intuition and inner power
Next, Maria Julay will lead an inspiring dance & movement session. Through free movement, play, interaction and conversation, you will reconnect with your body, intuition and inner power.

Lunch with mouth-watering Ukrainian specialties
Lunch will be provided by our partner Vesela Pani – Handmade Ukrainian Food. Mouth-watering Ukrainian specialties make you feel at home.

Strengthen your inner resilience
We will conclude the day with the workshop “Your Future Self”, a psychological activation session led by Tatiana Polgefttaeva. Through practical exercises, you will explore a clearer vision of the future, strengthen your inner resilience and reconnect with your creativity, values and personal potential.
